Retrieves an ETS supported Viem Chain configuration object by its ID.

Usage

import { getChainById } from '@ethereum-tag-service/contracts/utils'
 
const chain = getChainById('84532')
// @log: Output: Returns Viem chain object for Arbitrum Sepolia## Errors were thrown in the sample, but not included in an error tag
